Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver digital banking projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Business Requirements: Gather detailed business requirements documents, create user stories, and oversee the end-to-end UAT process.
- Test Management: Supervise a team of test engineers, lead the test strategy, and ensure that test cases are executed end-to-end within the stipulated UAT schedule.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across regional and country business, products, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all testing is completed to the highest level of quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and quality.
- Education: Degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Consumer Banking or Digital Banking.
- Technical Skills: Good IT/Digital background and understanding of various technologies and SDLC processes.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects end-to-end, including business requirements development, test management, and implementation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive working attitude and an avid team player.
- Problem-Solving: Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and commitment, with a strong eye for detail.
- Business Acumen: Self-starter with good business acumen, independent, and able to rise to challenges and manage stringent delivery timelines.
