About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide support to our broking teams on various lines of business, including employee benefits, property, A&H, and special risks.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with (re)insurance new & renewal business and endorsement processing for all lines of business.
  2. Prepare slips for all markets involved on accounts.
  3. Create technical documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy – Evidence of Covers (EOCs), Endorsements & Addenda.
  4. Support correspondence to clients and markets as required.
  5. Maintain client files, ensuring all correspondence is correctly filed for ease of review.
  6. Attend client or underwriter meetings as required.
  7. Perform ad-hoc duties as reasonably required by the broking teams.

Key Requirements

  • (Re)insurance new & renewal business and endorsement non-financial processing experience.
  • Review and verify placement documents and ensure accuracy against all correspondence.
  • Ensure insurers and reinsurers are in approved security listings.
  • Collate documentation necessary to onboard new clients and markets.
  • Ensure completeness of checklists.
  • Issue (re)insurance-related documentation timely and accurately, meeting service standards and document turnaround time.
  • Brokers liaison.
  • Update pipeline and renewal tracking spreadsheets.
  • Acknowledge accuracy of clients' & market information.
  • Support annual audit and E&O review as a team.
  • Manage filing and documentation, including annual files archive.

Representing Price Forbes

  • Champion the PF name and core values.
  • Represent PF with clients, agents, suppliers, and other organisations.

Compliance

  • Adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures, and quality initiatives.
  • Evaluate potential E&Os and escalate to Division Head / Directors at the earliest opportunity.
  • Complete mandatory Company training by deadline.

Requirements/Skills

  • Diploma holder or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Collaborative team working approach.
  • Prioritise and organise own workload effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
