About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing international insurance programs, including handling and resolving day-to-day issues, performance monitoring, and participating in service review meetings. You will work closely with underwriters, brokers, and customers to deliver high-quality services across the International Programs from Zurich (IPZ) network.

Key Responsibilities
  • International Program management, including the handling and resolution of day-to-day issues, performance monitoring, and participating in service review meetings.
  • Manage the International Program servicing end-to-end operational process and act as an account representative to customers and brokers in respect of services provided by the worldwide network.
  • Communicate directly with customers and brokers in respect of the services provided by the worldwide IPZ network.
  • Handle multiple lines of business, including Property, Financial Lines, Liability, Marine Cargo, etc.
  • Communicate effectively within the IPZ network and manage and resolve issues related to international programs (instructions, monitoring, issuance, payment).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Commercial Insurance or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 or more years of experience in commercial insurance (insurance companies or brokers), with Property, Financial Lines, Marine Cargo, and Casualty insurance required.
  • Prior experience with international insurance programs and/or captives and/or reinsurance accounting is required.
  • Prior experience leading, contributing, and supporting the design, testing, and implementation of various operational projects.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with ability to effectively manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people in a variety of roles and at different organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
