ACCLAIM INSURANCE BROKERS PTE. LTD. is a reputable insurance broking company seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join their team.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 per annum.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Servicing team and ensuring proper documentation trail when policies are placed.

  • Work closely with the Account Servicing team to ensure all policies are properly documented and electronically filed in the company's documentation storage systems.
  • Able to handle Foreign Worker Bonds placement independently and prepare coverage summaries, cover notes, certificates of insurance, enclosure letters, etc.
  • Assist with invoicing for the Account Servicing Team and update expiry lists for the department being handled and policy renewal status.
  • Prepare marketing materials and renewal data as required.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience in account servicing and administration
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Bonus points if you have experience from insurance broking companies or hold a Certificate of General Insurance (CGI).
