Senior Railway Systems Manager

Job Overview:
The Principal Engineer in Mobility Rail Systems will lead a team of system interface engineers on-site. This role involves acting as the primary customer contact for ISCS Interface activities, collaborating closely with software development teams to drive technical development and deliver ISCS software for ITC activities.
This position requires managing and being fully responsible for the planning and schedule of interface testing with subsystems of major SWCs, following up on Interface Related Documents such as ICDs, IDDs, OMPDs, etc.
A strong candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in railway systems, possessing good communication and customer management skills, able to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight timelines.
The ideal candidate should be able to work as a team player as well as a team lead, having self-management skills before being able to manage others.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Prior experience in similar roles with railway systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
