Job Title: Technical Expert & Process Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our semiconductor fabrication processes. As a key member of our team, you will drive continuous improvement and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

This role requires a strong understanding of process development and optimization, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and collaborate with vendors to stay ahead of industry trends.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering and 5-8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication. Strong analytical and project management skills are also essential.



About the Role

As a Technical Expert & Process Leader, your primary responsibility will be to develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet stringent quality standards. You will create, analyze, and review technical data and charts to ensure process performance and establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for related processes.

You will also lead recipe creation, maintenance, and optimization for inspection and review tools to shorten inspection time and improve recipe quality. Additionally, you will drive Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) to enhance process performance and productivity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to intellectual property by being a contributing inventor on patents and participate in conference or journal publications.



Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
