Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our simulation practice zone in APAC. As a key member of our regional management team, you will oversee the development and execution of portfolio expansion strategies, drive business growth through effective personnel management, and contribute to sales pipeline strategy.

You will be responsible for managing a large team of portfolio development managers, collaborating with country executives to develop sales strategies, and establishing clear market positions for portfolio domains. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large team of portfolio development managers to deliver high-quality portfolio development activities
  • Collaborate with country executives to develop sales strategies and understand portfolio development contribution requirements
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of portfolio expansion and growth through effective management of portfolio development activities
  • Manage business operations, including budget control, business planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • Establish clear market positions for portfolio domains within allocated areas
  • Make personnel decisions, such as recruitment, training, and performance management, in line with relevant regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in engineering or economics
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the simulation or engineering technology industry
  • Strong understanding of simulation tools, technologies, and their applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
