APAC Simulation Practice Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Simulation Practice Zone in APAC. As the lead, you will be responsible for managing a large team of Portfolio Development Managers across multiple countries and industries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage business operations for portfolio management, including budget control, business planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of portfolio expansion and growth through the management of Portfolio Development activities, aligned with DI SW Zone level objectives.
- Establish clear market positions for portfolio domains within allocated areas, understanding what problems we are solving and the business value delivered to customers.
- Participate in relevant country/vertical/region-level meetings and contribute to planning and reporting for required activities.
- Masters degree in engineering or economics.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the simulation or engineering technology industry.
- Strong understanding of simulation tools, technologies, and their applications from leading vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
