We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our simulation practice zone in APAC, responsible for managing a large team of portfolio development managers and contributing to sales pipeline strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive portfolio expansion and growth.
- Oversee business operations, including budget control, planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Establish clear market positions and develop compelling sales messages.
- Make informed personnel decisions, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to PFD executives and managers.
- A master's degree in engineering or economics is required.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the simulation or engineering technology industry is essential.
- A strong understanding of simulation tools, technologies, and their applications is necessary.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events is a plus.
