Simulation Coordinator Job

This position plays a vital role in integrating medical simulation education within existing healthcare curricula.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to integrate different types of medical simulation into existing healthcare curricula.
  • Develop new courses and educational initiatives, and evaluate all simulation-related sessions and programmes.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot training and medical equipment.
  • Program, test, and apply educational scenarios in collaboration with faculty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, move and set up simulation lab equipment.
  • Able to work on some weekends to support workshops.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare simulation highly desirable.
