Lead a Café Team in Nature

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly report to the Group Entity Manager
  • Lead with initiative, energy, and positivity
  • Oversee daily operations on shifts
  • Uphold standards of punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to company guidelines
  • Manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory
  • Foster a positive culture for both staff and customers
  • Maintain a clean and organised café space
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service
  • Guide and mentor staff to maintain SOPs
  • Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Supervise FOH duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations
  • Handle opening and closing procedures
  • Identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns
  • Be the role model of service excellence during your shift
  • Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
  • Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet
