Restaurant Leadership Role

The Restaurant Captain is a key position in our fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.

  • Lead a section of the restaurant floor, providing attentive and friendly service to all guests.
  • Collaborate with junior staff members, guiding and supporting them to meet service standards.
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked tables, stations, and service areas at all times.
  • Monitor inventory of service items and inform supervisors of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Captain or similar role in a busy restaurant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
