Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to drive excellence in our restaurant management team.

This key role involves ensuring seamless daily operations, setting and achieving sales targets, organizing promotional events, training and motivating staff, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient workflow between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Design and manage marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to aid their growth and development.
  • Coordinate event orders and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the restaurant.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to set operational objectives and manage inventory levels.
  • Supervise shifts and ensure smooth operations across all areas.
  • Contribute to the development of wine and beverage knowledge within the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, encouraging innovative thinking and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
