Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Wealth Management team to provide comprehensive solutions to high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver regular market updates and financial planning services to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable wealth management products.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities.
- Provide financial planning and advisory services tailored to clients' needs and investment profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with Bank Negara Indonesia.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of client relationships through engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Understand clients' banking and financial needs, recommending suitable solutions to meet these needs.
- Drive business growth by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, leveraging existing networks to generate new business leads.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, meeting specific metrics and expectations.
- Independently manage complex problems, exercising latitude to find solutions.
Compliance, Risk & Control:
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have strong academic qualifications and over 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, with a proven track record of managing clients' portfolios (Priority/Premier banking).
- Hold relevant certifications, such as CMFAS, and necessary licenses.
- Have a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships to work individually and collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs.
- Be highly driven and able to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Exhibit an outgoing disposition, equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a down-to-earth and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, able to work independently and in a strong team environment.
- Be highly driven to excel and thrive in a challenging environment by effectively recognizing customers' personal banking and wealth management needs.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
