Housekeeping Runner Job

The Housekeeping Runner is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of housekeeping and laundry facilities. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under pressure.

  • Ensure seamless operations by performing tasks in adherence with established procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks on clean linen received and reject any linen that does not meet standards.
  • Issue clean linen to outlets, banquets, and spa upon exchange of soiled linen.
  • Record linen transaction in allocated linen record books.
  • Wash and press small linen items such as cocktail napkins, tray cloths, face towels, and cleaning cloths in-house.
  • Prepare outgoing F&B and Rooms linen for outsource laundry company, recording linen transaction.
  • Deliver clean linen to Housekeeping pantries and complete guest requests related to housekeeping.
  • Assist in Rooms operations, such as hanging curtains, delivering ionizers/air purifiers/air cleaners to room attendants.
  • Assist in Laundry/Uniform Room operations when required.

  • Follow sustainable procedures and practices that support Accor's Corporate Social Responsibility program.
  • Maintain laundry, linen room, pantries, and work areas in pristine condition throughout and at the end of shift.
  • Hand over found items, especially guests' items in dirty linen, to the Lost & Found section promptly.
  • Organize own work flow to ensure completion of all assigned duties before the end of shift.
  • Exercise flexibility and accept changes with a positive attitude, showing understanding and consideration to the needs of operations and departments.
  • Adhere to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
  • Undertake and perform any additional duties assigned by Managers.
  • Attend and contribute to colleague meetings and any other related activities.
