Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and service pantries in accordance with hotel standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and service pantries to ensure they meet hotel standards.
  • Replenish mini bar items in guest rooms.
  • Organize and replenish housekeeping trolleys and linen pantries on assigned floors.
  • Collect and remove soiled linen from floors.
  • Assist with the placement and removal of guest room items.
  • Ensure rubbish is collected and disposed of in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
  • Hand over lost and found items to the Security Department promptly.
  • Monitor and manage the housekeeping status of the 'Knowcross' system.

Requirements:

  • Primary education or equivalent.
  • Prior hotel working experience is preferred.
  • Able to speak and understand basic English.
