Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the ZO MOTORS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Singapore market. This includes building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, driving the adoption of electric commercial vehicles in Singapore. Additionally, the candidate will explore new market opportunities, develop sales plans, and increase market share. They will also participate in industry exhibitions and local promotional events to enhance the brand's visibility in Singapore.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the new energy or commercial vehicle industry. They should have an in-depth understanding of Singapore's new energy policies and electric vehicle market demands. Strong market analysis skills with the ability to develop clients in the local market are also essential. Experience in team management and cross-departmental communication is a must. The candidate should also have a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure based on performance.

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, CRM expertise, and experience in the automotive industry. They should also have leadership skills, market analysis skills, and experience in team management and sales process. Additionally, they should have expertise in selling, strategy, and customer service. Business development skills and experience in the automotive industry are also desirable.
