
HR and Administrative Professional

The organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HR and Administrative Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of human resources and administrative tasks.
This role involves managing employee relations, conducting regular communications, and handling employee complaints and suggestions. Additionally, the specialist will take charge of company administrative management, including document and file management, office supplies procurement, and fixed asset inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and handling entry and exit procedures.
- Handle employee benefits, salary calculation, social security, and provident fund management.
- Maintain positive employee relations, conduct regular team meetings, and handle employee concerns and suggestions.
- Take charge of company administration, including document management, office supplies procurement, and fixed asset inventory.
- Organize company events and activities, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in a relevant field, with preference given to those with experience in human resource management or administrative work.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with preference given to those with local work experience in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and tax policies in Singapore.
- Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
