Chief Hospitality Ambassador

The Chief Concierge Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by addressing their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner. This role involves coordinating arrangements, identifying providers, and communicating effectively with guests.
Key responsibilities include gathering and summarizing information about the property and surrounding area amenities, answering and processing guest calls, messages, and requests, and contacting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues.
The Chief Concierge Assistant must also review shift logs and document pertinent information, monitor inventory, and order office supplies as needed. Additionally, this role involves reporting accidents and injuries, completing safety training and certifications, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
