Job Title: Master Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Master Hospitality Ambassador. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Concierge and Guest Services team, ensuring that every interaction with our guests is warm, welcoming, and tailored to their individual needs.

As a Master Hospitality Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to work with guests from all over the world, learning about their preferences, interests, and cultural backgrounds. You will use this knowledge to craft personalized recommendations, enhance their stay, and create lifelong memories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Concierge and Guest Services team to deliver world-class service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Craft personalized recommendations and enhance guest stays through thoughtful and tailored interactions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hotel operations, events, and guest preferences to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
  • Develop goals and work plans that drive team performance and align with property-wide financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with premier restaurants, cultural sites, and local businesses to curate an up-to-date concierge database.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certified member of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) or equivalent experience in Concierge.
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build and maintain relationships across departments and with guests.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage teams, handle complex schedules, and coordinate across departments.
