
Hospitality Ambassador

The primary objective of the Guest Room Ambassador is to maintain a spotless and well-presented service apartment, creating an exceptional impression of our hotel. This requires strict adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Clean bedrooms, including changing bed linen, vacuuming carpet rugs, mopping floors, and replenishing guest supplies.
- Wash bathrooms, glasses, replenish towels and bathroom amenities.
- Empty rubbish bins.
- Clean living rooms, vacuuming carpet rugs, mopping floors, and replenishing guest supplies.
- Clean kitchen and appliances, wash cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
- Clean internal windows, door panels, and sills.
- Maintain Housekeeping cleaning machines and equipment in good working condition.
- Report loss and damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to the Guest Room Team Leader.
- Understand mobile device or app functionality for updating apartment statuses.
- Set up rollaway beds, baby-cots, deliver electrical plugs, or special requests by guests.
- Report repairs and damages discovered in apartments or working areas to the Guest Room Team Leader.
- Exhibit highest professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards guests, clients, and associates.
- Interact with guests in a professional and respectful manner.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Ambassadors should possess excellent housekeeping skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
