Job Title: Chief Hospitality and Brand Ambassador

You are an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Chief Hospitality and Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our establishment, greeting guests warmly and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and events team to create engaging experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and interact with customers professionally, providing excellent service and building rapport with guests and VIPs.
  • Manage guest seating, reservations, and special requests efficiently, ensuring seamless experiences for all patrons.
  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and media functions, showcasing our brand's image and values.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with diplomacy and tact.
  • Collaborate with marketing on social media presence, promotions, and campaigns, promoting our brand and services.
  • Maintain a positive image of the company through media, community outreach, and customer relations, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, PR, or a related field, demonstrating expertise and a strong track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (or other relevant languages), facilitating effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • A confident, presentable, and outgoing personality, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media and PR tools is an asset, supporting the development of effective marketing strategies.
  • A willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
