Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing cleaning operational duties as directed. He/She may be assigned to a variety of places within indoor public areas of commercial buildings.

Providing maintenance services

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance in the premises as directed
  • Ensure safety measures are adhered to during operations
  • Update job and log card record entries

Requirements

  • No prior working experience needed
  • With a positive attitude, perform all duties assigned by Supervisor

Benefits

  • Morning and/or Night shift (7am to 5pm / 7pm to 5am)
  • 1hr meal break and 2x 15mins teabreaks
  • 5 working days per week (rotating off days)
  • Working Location: Near City MRT
