Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary expert to join our kitchen team at Northpoint City. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the required standard and specifications.

You will work collaboratively with the rest of the culinary team to maintain a high level of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

  • Preparation and cooking of food to the required standard and specifications.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
  • Assistance in the creation of new menu items and specials.
  • Ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to the required standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a professional kitchen.
  • Good cooking skills, with the ability to prepare and cook food to the required standard.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for food and cooking.
