Culinary Professional Opportunity

Are you passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily food preparation and cooking according to set standards. This includes maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations, properly storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients and supplies, and supporting chefs in plating and assembling dishes during busy hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve culinary goals and objectives
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field (an asset)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
