Job Title: Skilled Culinary Professional

Seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in the culinary industry and hold a valid Food Hygiene certification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking assigned dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen area, and adhering to regulatory controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving according to the menu.
  • Ensure the kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Process all food according to regulatory control requirements.
  • Fulfill any area of kitchen duty as required.
  • Remove trash and storage bins.
  • Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superiors immediately.
  • Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by regulatory bodies.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a chef.
  • Food Hygiene certification is required.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
  • Cheerful and self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
  • Able to work at a fast pace environment.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Able to work night shifts and split shifts.
