We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and supply chain functions. This includes:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel involved in the operation.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- GCE A level or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in 3rd party logistics, preferably in Traffic Planning and workforce planning & allocations.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
