Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • To prepare and generate daily yard schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries.
  • Maintain items record and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
  • To update stock in and stock out daily.
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.
  • Make suggestions for productivity improvements and assist in safety rules implementation.
  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
  • To be in-charged of forklift keys used by workers.
  • To receive payment and invoices from clients.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
  • Answer all warehouse and operations related enquiries through email and phone calls.
  • Assist warehouse billing if necessary.
  • Assist all other warehouse related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office and Excel proficiency.
  • Graduate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
  • Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
