Roles & Responsibilities

ALATAS Crane Services Worldwide is a worldwide operating crane service specialist and offers crane related services and parts supply in the Ship-, Offshore-, and Construction industry.

With our global set-up of 14 offices worldwide, we offer field service, provide technical solutions for emergency repairs, large scale overhauls, load testing, inspections, component repairs, spare parts supply as well as supply of new cranes and upgrades to existing ones.

Our specialized Crane Service Engineers are professionals in their field and are available attend to crane problems throughout the world.

As a member of our Workshop and Logistics department, we are employing Logistics Coordinator - Marine as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

* To assist the Logistics Manager in arranging tools and equipment for the jobs

* Coordinate with our field engineers and arrange transportation from and to onboard Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.

* Manage local spare parts deliveries and arrange the parts shipments globally

* Maintain warehouse and update the parts list.

* Other logistics administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage

- Able to multi-task and be a team player

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers worldwide

- Valid class 3 driving license. (will be an added advantage)
