Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities.
  2. Organize leads and target prospects using Excel and LinkedIn.
  3. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices globally.
  4. Prepare marketing materials such as pitch decks and client presentations.
  5. Conduct discovery sessions and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
  • A successful track record of winning clients, especially in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startups.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
