About the Role

Cellebrite is a global leader in Digital Intelligence solutions, empowering organizations to master the complexities of legally sanctioned digital investigations. As an APAC HRBP, you will be based in Singapore and responsible for all APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead, coach, develop, and carry out best practices HR initiatives to support the company's growth, employee development, and retention of talent in assigned business units.
  • As part of a highly engaged HR team, you will coach managers on their leadership and managerial skills, identify training needs and skills gaps, and deliver training programs to the organization.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HRBP with 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global organization. Your qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, human resources, or another relevant field.
  • 3+ years' experience as a trusted advisor and senior partner for senior-level management.
  • Ability to build and drive HR processes and change management initiatives within assigned client groups that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Experience working independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders within a complex, fast-paced, and growing business environment.
  • Strong business partnering skills, including problem-solving, coaching, and consultation skills.
What We Offer
