Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service excellence strategies to drive business performance and achieve key objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet or exceed business targets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change initiatives.
  • Maintain ultimate responsibility for team structure, recruiting, onboarding, and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the contact centre industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of CX metrics and quality frameworks.
