Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement service excellence strategies to drive business performance and achieve key objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet or exceed business targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change initiatives.
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for team structure, recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the contact centre industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Solid understanding of CX metrics and quality frameworks.
