As a Failure Analysis Engineer/Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough and meticulous failure analysis on low-yielding products, qualification failures, and customer rejects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and undertake a key role in managing and prioritizing FA requests. Additionally, you will track section performance indices and take on projects aimed at continuous improvement. The opportunity to develop and establish new FA capabilities and techniques is also available.

Effective collaboration with external labs for advanced FA techniques is essential, and you will be responsible and accountable for the quality and integrity of your work and analysis. Furthermore, driving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost, and safety of work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI is crucial.

To excel in this position, you should possess a Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Basic engineering knowledge, including semiconductor devices theory, electronics, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum system, and electrical wiring system, is necessary. Familiarity with semiconductor design layout and electronic circuits is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
