Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting DTCC Solutions and developing highly qualified sales leads for your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory, utilizing various sales and lead generation tools.
  • Develop customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify, and schedule presentations.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of leads developed, new leads added, and field sales intelligence, maintaining accurate records and generating reports using Salesforce.com.
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and general information of interest to customers through successful completion of DTCC Sales Training and self-study.
  • Monitor customer business opportunities, current conditions, prospects, active measurements, and driven issues.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management.
  • Exhibit self-discipline and focus to effectively lead an intense and high-volume business, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, advancing appropriately.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to conduct business discussions in Mandarin is a plus.
