Job Title: Investment Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Leader to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading investment treasury and operations functions, including cash management, FX hedging, capital calls processing and portfolio rebalancing
  • Perform portfolio monitoring, risk management, performance and risk reporting
  • Manage investment, legal and operational due diligence across asset classes
  • Review and recommend investment policies and procedures
  • Related investment administrative work and other ad-hoc projects

Responsibilities include:

  • Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flows, ensure liquidity and manage cash reserves.
  • Fx Hedging: Develop and implement foreign exchange strategies to minimize exposure to market fluctuations.
  • Capital Calls Processing: Coordinate with external managers to ensure timely receipt of funds and accurate distribution.
  • Portfolio Rebalancing: Regularly review and adjust portfolios to maintain optimal asset allocation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good Bachelor degree
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in investment operations and performance reporting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Bloomberg
  • Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
