Strategic Investment Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Investment Leader to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for originating, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and recommending new deals, as well as closing approved transactions.
Your primary focus will be on monitoring key markets to identify suitable investment opportunities and developing strategies to deliver superior long-term risk-adjusted returns.
You will build and maintain relationships with investment partners, service providers, brokers, and other market participants in targeted key markets. Additionally, you will assist in generating market awareness of our investment mandate and plan and implement strategies around asset management and investment exits.
As a senior member of the team, you will provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues and ensure periodic reporting, including quarterly investor reports, annual reports, and bespoke reports regarding investments.
Requirements- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in origination and execution of transactions in the Asia-Pacific infrastructure financing, project financing, leverage financing, or private credit space.
- Proven expertise in structuring, credit analysis, and the preparation of credit memorandums.
- Familiarity with ESG or sustainability principles in investment execution is a strong plus.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possess high levels of intellect, drive, and energy.
- Self-motivation, hands-on approach, entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, meticulousness, and results-driven attitude.
