We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Strategist that will be embedded within PE to be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation of our portfolio companies to drive growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our investment team, data scientists/technologists and portfolio companies to identify digital opportunities, develop and execute digital strategies, and drive the implementation of digital solutions.

**What wil you do as a Digital Strategist?**
- Work closely with our investment team to identify digital opportunities in our portfolio companies
- Participate in due diligence to assess potential digital opportunities within prospective portfolio companies
- Assist in internal portfolio company review process
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking of digital performance across portfolio companies
- Work closely with our portfolio companies to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Develop digital best practices and digital strategies for portfolio companies in line with company strategic priorities
- Leverage AI and machine learning to drive growth and operational efficiency
- Understand and shape the organizational and governance issues for the digital transformation
- Embed digital thinking into the culture of the company and create digital champions that can drive initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Identify external vendors/service providers to support digital initiatives and oversee the implementation in portfolio companies
- Have the business-mind and ability to see the big picture; capable of connecting the dots and coming up with the win-win solutions across multiple companies at the same time
- Keep abreast of the latest technology and be always up-to-date on new digital trends and products
- Be acutely aware of the technology landscape in both enterprise and start-up environments, including emerging technologies and the trends of digital disruption and determine the implications on the overall strategy
- Success in this role will be based largely on his/her ability to influence across an organization, engage senior stakeholders to navigate digital transformation and become a trusted advisor and partner

**What Qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy, data analytics, or consulting, with a focus on driving digital transformation in mid-to-large-sized organizations and hands-on experience in AI and machine learning
- Track record in driving digital transformation. Well-rounded digital leader, with a track record in strategy development, team management and tangible results delivery
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong knowledge of digital and data analytics technologies and tools
