Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead our investment operations team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management and operations, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and refining the current scope and role of investment operations management based on future operating models. They will also provide leadership and guidance to investment operations teams, defining controls required to strengthen end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct impact assessments and maintain relationships with service providers.
  • Identify key risk areas, make recommendations to mitigate risks, and propose new controls to create a more robust end-to-end process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 15 years in the asset management industry performing a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge spanning across asset classes, particularly derivatives, fixed income, and equity markets.
