Job Description:

  • The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will assist the Manager, Inpatient Operations, in managing assigned clinical and/or patient services in the hospital and/or project management role for ward infrastructure and/or building improvement projects.
  • Key responsibilities include organizing internal and external meetings, working closely with stakeholders, ensuring adequate planning of project phases, capturing user requirements, and ensuring site works are carried out in compliance with hospital standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to plan and map departmental objectives, and participate in preparing project specifications and documentation.
  • Additional responsibilities include reviewing key processes, improving performance indicators, handling customer complaints, and updating policies and workflows as needed.

Requirements:

  • A basic degree from a recognized institution in Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Science Engineering / Project Management/ Business Management and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Practical knowledge in hospital operations and/or construction industry is preferred.
