Experienced Technical Leader Required

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced Techincal Leader to support the achievement of department goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in improving machine performance, quality and yield.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and control systems. They will also possess strong communication and team player skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide timely technical support to resolve machine issues and breakdowns to minimize unplanned production downtime.
- Process Improvement: Assist engineers to improve machine/process yield and quality by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Compile and prepare training materials, and conduct training to technicians and operators on machine operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: NITEC (NTC/ITC) or Diploma equivalent.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skill Set: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, good understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and control systems.
