Construction Leadership Role

A high-achieving professional is required to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of risk assessment, safety regulations, and project management principles, as well as experience in managing internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

  • Plan and execute projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead teams of internal professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Review and follow up on drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare, update, and manage risk assessments, safety protocols, and project documentation in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters.
  • Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits.

  • Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years' proven project management experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication works.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk assessment, safety regulations, and project management principles.
  • Ability to run multiple project timelines without losing detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
