Job Title: Senior Construction Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect to play a vital role in the planning and execution of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, design firms, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of architectural documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and design firms to plan and execute construction projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of architectural documents
  • Assist in shop drawing review and provide design proposals for cost-effective and operationally usable designs
  • Coordinate with permitting and qualified persons for timely delivery of architectural documents
  • Draft waivers and identify technical and permitting discrepancies through conducting risk analysis and management
  • Liaise closely with architects, design consultants, and contractors on design and technical issues
  • Oversee documentation and tendering
  • Relate design intent from design firm to relevant stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture (recognized by Board of Architects, Singapore)
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant industry experience - Pharmaceutical/Industrial
  • Expertise in Local Singapore Permitting Requirements essential
  • Familiar with cleanroom architecture and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas
  • Good knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
  • Technical skills in 3D Design, 2D Drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
