Job Title: Senior Construction Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to lead our landed housing projects.

As a Senior Construction Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of bungalows and semi-detached houses from inception to completion.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets;
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly;
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients;
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones;
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals;
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects;
  • Familiarity with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
