Executive Construction Director

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the entire construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, advanced knowledge of project planning and execution, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Direct and oversee construction teams and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of construction management experience
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
