Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security leader to spearhead our security team in Singapore.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, technological expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20-30 security personnel, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Implement technology solutions such as video analytics, body-worn cameras, motion detectors, and vehicle management systems to enhance security operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective security protocols, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage manpower planning, deployment, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid security license, preferably CSO or SSS.
  • Extensive experience in security management, preferably from a uniform group (SPF, SAF, SCDF, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
