Restaurant Manager Job Description
At Ministry of Crab, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to work in a dynamic environment where quality and excellence are paramount.
About the Role
We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience centered around the finest quality crab. Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. The successful candidate will also analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
  • Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
To succeed as a Restaurant Manager , you will need:
  • 3 years of prior experience in management and wine service, preferably in upscale dining settings.
  • Strong hospitality and leadership skills, coupled with in-depth wine knowledge and passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
