Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Captain to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.

As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlets, including coordinating special events, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Coordinating special events and activities
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Developing and implementing sales growth strategies
  • Leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and empower staff to deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
