Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service flow, consistent hospitality standards, and a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, daily briefings, and shift management.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak periods.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including seasonal promotions, community engagements, and private functions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback or complaints, resolving issues effectively.
  • Build relationships with regular guests, event clients, and the local community to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for food, wine, hospitality, and comfort around pets.
  • Computer literate with experience in POS and reservation systems.
