Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant or F&B service operation, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all duties are carried out to serve customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Sales oriented and able to lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Builds relationships with regular guests together with the Restaurant Managers and understands their requirements and establishes active interaction with all guests to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Coordinates all Reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
  • Takes full ownership and responsibility of the assigned outlet and ensures smooth service flow with the team.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in the management of a restaurant or F&B service operation.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Team player.
