  • Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste and optimize profitability.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses to track financial performance.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and in-store events.
  • Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience through targeted marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and restaurant policies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on leadership and people skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Acute financial management skills.
