  • Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste and optimize profitability.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on leadership and people skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Acute financial management skills.
